Lauren is the founder of the Finding Hope Theatre Company and the heart of the project. Lauren was inspired to start a theatre group and put on a special performance after COVID-19 devastated the theatre scene and took away many opportunities for young performers.
After suffering loss and receiving help from a charity called Cruse Bereavement Services Scotland, it was decided to ensure all profits from the first performance would go to Cruse, and that the theatre company would forge links with local charities and help them while bringing theatre performances to local communities.
